2. Where do you ship to?
We currently ship orders within Singapore. Our delivery service is designed to bring educational toys directly to your doorstep. We are always working on improving our service and may expand shipping options in the future. All orders are handled with care to ensure safe arrival. 3. How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat fee of $3.90 on all orders. We keep it simple and transparent with no hidden charges. The shipping fee is applied automatically at checkout. This helps us cover reliable delivery services and careful packaging. We want every toy to arrive safely for your child. Affordable shipping is part of our promise to parents.
4. How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery time within Singapore is usually 5–10 business days after order processing. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on courier schedules and busy seasons. We always aim to get your package to you as quickly as possible. You may receive tracking details when available. If there are delays, we appreciate your patience and understanding.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
Liontots accepts multiple secure payment options including Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, UnionPay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Payment availability may depend on your device or bank settings. All transactions are processed through trusted payment providers. We do not store your full payment details. Checkout is safe, encrypted, and designed for peace of mind. You’ll receive a confirmation email once payment is successful.
6. Can I return an item?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return window for eligible items. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order. Because our products are made for children, hygiene and safety are very important. Some items may not qualify if opened or used. To begin a return, simply email our support team. We’ll guide you through the process kindly and clearly.
7. When will I receive my refund?
If your return is approved, refunds are processed within 10 days after we receive and inspect the item. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Banks or payment providers may take extra time to reflect the amount. We always aim to make refunds as smooth and fast as possible. You will be notified once the refund is completed.
