This means you may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition
  • The item must be returned in the original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation email) is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, we may not be able to accept returns for items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery — especially since our products are designed for babies and children.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 days back to your original payment method.
